Overview:

  • Work with senior management to identify strategic priorities and develop effective outreach programs for underrepresented communities.
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of community engagement initiatives and events.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and stakeholders on Singapore's migrant scene.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum tertiary education in marketing, program/project management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in community outreach or coordination in an NGO or church environment.
  • People management: Proven ability to manage and develop staff, leading high-performing teams.
  • Communications: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Rich understanding of community and social service resources.
  • Event management: Experience in planning and executing successful community outreach events.
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex information quickly and accurately.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong team player with excellent social and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with community settings, including religious voluntary welfare organizations.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
