Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to spearhead revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence across key regions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation Lead the end-to-end development and execution of business strategies, achieving annual revenue targets and overseeing project portfolios. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnership models to drive sustainable growth. Build and manage a robust pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Drive client acquisition across corporate, government, and institutional sectors, providing high-impact solutions tailored to strategic objectives. Serve as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring continued client satisfaction. Negotiate and structure high-value commercial contracts with a focus on strategic outcomes and mutual growth. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and uncover emerging opportunities. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand presence and credibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development objectives with service capabilities and delivery. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client commitments are met and projects are delivered successfully. Provide market intelligence and commercial insights to guide executive decision-making and long-term business strategy. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering project portfolios valued at SGD 5 million or more. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level clients. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as the role involves frequent communication and negotiation with clients in English and Mandarin speaking regions.
