The Role The B2C Marcom Manager is responsible for developing and leading the Logitech brands within the Singapore market, to drive marketing ROI to all the stakeholders. The incumbent will work closely with various teams, including sales, finance, regional category marketing, supply chain, channel partners, etc., to drive and implement our strategies to accelerate Logitech business. In this role you will need to: Be the brand guardian to all Logitech brand collateral, ensuring all materials adhere to respective brands’ guidelines. Localize global campaigns for the Singapore market. Strategize, plan, coordinate, execute, and track the marketing plans for all Logitech brands, including budget planning and management, marketing plan development, coordination with various stakeholders (internal and external), execute and lead the marketing programs, and tracking the results vs targeted ROI. Lead digital/omni-channel media strategy development in line with country priority and regional direction – social content, messaging, community engagement, etc. Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google ads, etc.), analyze campaign ROI and optimize based on analytics. Review, measure, evaluate and reporting of all marketing executions vs sales and marketing targets. Build strong relationships with key local media, relevant influencers and KOLs to amplify the brand to the community. Identify and negotiate local partnerships (brands, events) and collaborate with retail or digital partners (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, etc.). Remain highly aware of trends and community to ensure the brands are in trend and stay relevant. Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related qualification is nice to have. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/Marcom. Familiar with consumer electronics / Esports Gaming / IT industry is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to communicate seamlessly internally and externally. Creative thinking, open-mindedness and problem solving. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking, and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Strong personality and team player to be able to work with various departments.
