Job Title: Client Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our platform implementation and management team, you will be responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations, and facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs and service levels.

In this role, you will perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems, respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions, and provide timely status updates to relevant parties.

You will also perform service request related to client platforms, monitor the agreed service level, document and maintain the configuration of the systems, and provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
