We are seeking a Property Management Executive to join our team.

Job Description

">

As a Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums or buildings. You will work closely with management councils and owner developers to ensure the efficient management of common areas and facilities.

">

You will source and obtain quotations for ad-hoc and term contractor services, securing council approval as required. You will address and respond promptly to residents' feedback and requests.

">

You will ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and enforce building regulations and by-laws among occupants, visitors, and contractors.

">

You will oversee corrective and preventive maintenance for the buildings under management. You will monitor and ensure service providers and contractors adhere to their work schedules and meet performance expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in property or estate management, preferably in MCST management. A diploma or degree in real estate, facilities management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

">

Candidates without experience are welcome, as training will be provided.

">

You must have strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

">

You should also have strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
