Property Portfolio Manager

Objective:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Broker to join our team. As a key member of our Direct and Facultative (D&F) Property department, you will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Work closely with senior management to manage and grow the D&F Property portfolios, including production and placement activities.
- New Business Development: Identify and act upon new business opportunities that promote the profitable development of the business.
- Placement and Service: Facilitate the prompt placement of D&F contracts in accordance with client requirements and regulatory needs.
- Client Service: Provide quality service to clients covering all aspects of their D&F arrangements, including advising, arranging, and securing appropriate coverages.
- Performance Management: Meet financial and operational targets set for the department.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and other management instructions.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Reporting: Report performance to line manager on a timely manner.
