Key Responsibilities">

  • Proactively manage leasing and tenancy-related matters, ensuring agreements, deposits, renewals, and related administration are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.">
  • Monitor occupancy, vacancies, and tenant records, ensuring timely follow-up on renewals and tenancy matters.">
  • Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy to keep management informed.">
">Tenant Relations & Site Activities">
  • ">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, proactively addressing maintenance, repairs, and other tenant needs.">
  • Conduct site visits and support property viewings with agents and potential tenants.">
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, property agents, contractors, vendors, and service providers.">
  • Manage and resolve tenant-related issues to maintain positive relationships.">

  • ">
  • Oversee operational and compliance matters for properties, including tracking and renewing regulatory licenses, insurance policies, and certifications, maintenance, and quality of works.">
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure tenant fit-outs, renovation projects, and property upgrades are completed to required standards.">
  • Ensure properties meet health, safety, and regulatory standards through regular checks and proactive maintenance planning.">

  • Maintain and manage property-related documentation and records proactively, including land titles, drawing plans, MCST documents, insurance policies, contracts, and other statutory or operational records.">
  • Retrieve and provide documentation to management or other stakeholders as required.">
  • Provide administrative support for property operations and undertake any ad-hoc property-related tasks as required.">
  • Identify and suggest improvements or upgrades to enhance the property's value and tenant experience.">
