Key Business Development Position

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving growth and market expansion for our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, identify partners, and assess competition through extensive research.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms for new partnerships and ventures.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Engage with suppliers, perform risk analyses, and explore innovation opportunities.
  • Provide valuable insights, leads, and partnership information to Sales and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to strengthen business strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with regional exposure.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Passionate about business growth, problem-solving, and achieving targets.
  • Meticulous, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to travel overseas approximately 30% of the time.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
