Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Executive

The role of a Strategic Business Growth Executive is to identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company's objectives.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the built environment, including 4 years in a consultancy firm, is required. A background in quantity surveying (QS) is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and tracking business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Engaging with clients and consultants to realize business opportunities from news to tender to award.
  • Preparing board papers for headquarters approval and update.
  • Maintaining weekly business news updates internally and to headquarters.
  • Conducting market research and analysis for business opportunities, competitors, and trends.
  • Guiding business executives on departmental duties, including checking and managing timelines.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating marketing materials and delivering presentations.

In addition to these specific responsibilities, the Strategic Business Growth Executive will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager of the Business Department.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
