Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleared OTC Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support.

The role involves managing phone/group inboxes and ensuring client queries are attended to in a timely fashion. You will also conduct system walkthroughs for clients and ensure that all reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions are being attended to promptly.

In addition, you will work closely with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve mismatches on trades and provide support during Asia time zone. You will also facilitate monthly business meetings to discuss product KPIs, client-centric initiatives, and update monthly business decks.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong working relationships internally and externally, service and manage clients professionally, and engage FX Clearing teams for cross-product clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on client interaction, internal relationship management, and cross-departmental communication
  • Strong ownership and confidence in handling client requests
  • A solid understanding of Rates and/or Cleared OTC products, with a good knowledge of Prime Brokerage business
  • Excellent desktop PC skills, including Microsoft package
  • Strong project and data management skills
  • Excellent team player with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational/project management skills, ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks
