**About OTC Sales Leader at Nogle**

We are looking for an OTC Sales Leader to join Nogle’s fast growing team in Singapore. As the OTC Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing and growing new customer accounts in the OTC crypto trading community while also supporting current clients, in various open territories as needs are required.

Charged with growing and managing Nogle’s OTC sales drive around the globe, this role requires a self-motivated, driven professional with strong sales and business acumen, a proven track record of success in complex solution selling within the domains of crypto trading and OTC service. As a critical member of the leadership team, the OTC Sales Leader is expected to act as a Brand Ambassador for our high value customers, driving and leading the sales team to achieve their results.

**What will you need to do**:

- Sales Generation:
- Build a full and comprehensive sales strategy tailored towards OTC traders.
- Lead and drive the detailed plans to understand market, segment, and client potential asset and growth universes, to position Nogle for disproportionate growth vs our competitors.
- Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
- Develop expert knowledge of all Nogle products, including the technical underpinnings and client workflows in the adoption of crypto and digital assets.
- Be an integral part of the end-to-end sales process, answering technical questions.
- Stay abreast of OTC trading strategies, competitor offerings, and overall market trend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the OTC and trading teams to acquire latest trading insights for sales purposes.
- Partner closely with Quantitative Strategies and Technology groups to expand product support and processes.
- Execute the strategic sales plans while working closely with internal stakeholders including business development finance, product & technology, legal, operations and customer service teams.
- Work with Compliance and Operations functions to mitigate risks and ensure that the prospect and client’s activity is consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
- Team Management:
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating a high producing OTC sales team, and in helping the team achieve their individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and effectively analyze new opportunities for Nogle, ultimately making recommendations to relevant decision-makers and cross-functional partners.
- Set aggressive goals, aided by data-based insights, for annual revenue achievement against each account.
- Lead direct and indirect sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and quota management specifically for OTC services.

**What do you need to have**:
Required:

- 10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management capacity with 5+ years as an executive manager
- Mastery in crypto trading strategies and practices, especially OTC trading
- Outbound Skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Discovery, Sales Process, Deal Closing and Negotiation
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally (clients, intermediaries, professional bodies)
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability

Preferred:

- Proficiency in another language other than English
- Experience using customer relationship management tools (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
- Familiarity with MarTech stacks
- Extensive experience trading crypto using advanced trading strategies
- Willingness to travel is a plus
