**Responsibilities**:

- Support the expansion of our OTC offering, a high growth segment within the market-making services business
- Facilitate over-the-counter (OTC) transactions for institutional clients.
- Provide pricing and liquidity for various digital assets, negotiating terms and executing trades based on client requirements.
- Manage order books and trade flows, ensuring efficient execution and minimising market impact for large transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm, such as engineering, business development, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of trades and excellent client service.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in OTC sales/trading, ideally within the crypto or HFT landscape, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, liquidity, and trading ecosystems.
- Have worked previously in an external focused role including counterparty relationship management, covering high volume and complex / structured products.
- Entrepreneurial, with strong commercial acumen, self awareness and proven ability to define and grow new business areas.
- Technically competent, high level understanding of electronic trading technology, API connectivity and fundamentals of the blockchain infrastructure.
- Collaborative, seeks to build consensus and win-win relationships with a focus on the long term.
- Interest and passion for the digital asset space, current trends and future developments
