Looking for meticulous Admin professionals
- Buona Vista MRT
- Mon - Fri, office hours
- 6-month contract, subject to renewal
Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing mail for postage.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping.
- Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination.
- Manage system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance.
- Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 1 year of relevant experience in an Admin or support role.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
- Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems).
