  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support during training programs and events, including coordinating logistics and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare training materials for training programs, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct post-training evaluation reports for programs and events, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records, tracking participant progress and identifying trends.
  • Support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals, promoting high-quality education and training opportunities.
  • Ensure facilities and infrastructure at the Training Centre remain in good working condition, conducting regular inspections and maintenance as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Submit purchase requests, monitoring their status to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Provide secretariat support for scheduled meetings, ensuring smooth organization and execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, utilizing skills and expertise to contribute to the success of the team.
