Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Program Coordinator (or Senior, depending on experience) to plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of programmes and events, including educational tours, workshops, youth programmes, community outreach, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is a people-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being outdoors, and has a genuine passion for nature, culture, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programmes and events from concept to completion, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Deliver engaging programmes (e.g. farm tours, workshops, multi-session courses) to a wide range of audiences, including students, educators, corporates, and the public.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and sponsors to align on objectives and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event/programme marketing and publicity (in collaboration with the marketing team).
  • Handle on-site operations: setup, registration, participant engagement, and troubleshooting.
  • Track KPIs, collect feedback, and prepare post-programme reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and health regulations in all programme delivery.
  • Support City Sprouts' community events such as open days, markets, and fairs.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, participants, and stakeholders to encourage repeat engagement.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning, programme coordination, or related field (community, education, or sustainability preferred).
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with groups of all ages.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and able to deliver programmes hands-on.
  • Team player with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in dynamic environments.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Able to start on short notice will be an advantage.
