Job Title

A program coordinator role is available for an experienced professional with a strong background in planning and coordinating programs. This position requires effective communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Assist with the Reach for the Stars (Enrichment) Program by registering children, collecting supporting documents, liaising with enrichment partners, and tracking attendance and progress.
    • Assist with the planning and execution of the FRESH program by scheduling sessions, coordinating with donors and volunteers, overseeing internal workflows, and supporting onsite delivery.
  • Planning & Implementation of Holiday Programs
    • Collaborate with corporate partners and center teams to develop and roll out co-curricular and holiday programs, such as Pathfinder, Learning Journeys, and Life Skills workshops.
    • Design activity schedules and learning objectives using Theory of Change principles, ensuring risk assessments are conducted where required and safety measures implemented for all activities.
    • Liaise with external vendors and volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of program activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and related data using internal shared systems.
    • Support the preparation of quarterly reports and updates for senior management.
    • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess program outcomes and inform future improvements.
  • Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
    • Attend to ad-hoc queries from families, volunteers, and community stakeholders via email, phone, or in person.
    • Assist with other organizational initiatives or duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in coordinating and planning programs for children in a social service or community setting.
  • Strong understanding of Theory of Change and experience applying it in program design.
  • Skilled in risk assessment and implementing safety measures.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-organized and proficient in documentation and reporting.
  • Able to start immediately or join at short notice.
