Moulding Supervisor Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled leader with experience in injection moulding operations? Do you have what it takes to drive productivity and quality excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Moulding Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our automotive components business. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily injection moulding operations meet production schedules.

You will allocate manpower effectively, oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines, and maintain strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules
  • Allocate manpower and resources to optimize productivity
  • Oversee machine operations and maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations or customer complaints

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in injection moulding, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components
  • Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
