Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our injection moulding operations in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency across multiple moulding lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage manpower allocation and oversee machine operations to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.
  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components.
  • Strong knowledge of plastics engineering, thermoplastics, and plastic welding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
