Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Moulding Supervisor to oversee daily injection moulding operations, lead and supervise production teams, and ensure adherence to productivity targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards, as well as experience with machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules.
  • Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.
  • Oversee mould changeovers, machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other automotive quality tools.
