Job Overview

As a key player in manufacturing operations, the Senior Moulding Technician is responsible for overseeing daily injection moulding activities to meet production schedules.

This role involves allocating manpower and overseeing machine operations across multiple moulding lines, ensuring strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in injection moulding, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Quality System, Team Development, and Manufacturing Processes.

Additionally, you will be skilled in MS Word, Loss Prevention, and Electronics, with strong Business Requirements understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules.
  • Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.

  • Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

  • Experience in injection moulding, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Quality System, Team Development, and Manufacturing Processes.
  • Strong understanding of Business Requirements and ability to interpret them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organisation.
