Be part of our Social Media Content Creation Team (Part-time/ Full-time Intern)

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Marketer to join our team. If you're a digital native with a love for beauty, retail, or just creating engaging content, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your skills and contribute to exciting campaigns

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create compelling video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, capturing the essence of our brand.
• Develop fresh, creative ideas that not only align with our brand identity but have the potential to go viral
• Bring your creative touch to design. Eye-catching graphics, posters, infographics, and social media visuals.
• Craft attention-grabbing captions and copy for posts, stories, and campaigns that will resonate with our audience.
• Engage with our community by responding to customer feedback and inquiries across social media channels.
• Monitor content performance and share your insights to help us improve and evolve our approach.
• Reaching out to KOLs/Influencers. You'll also reach out to beauty influencers to feature in our videos and broaden our reach, bringing a fresh perspective to our content.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Content Creation:

• Design, Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiao Hong Shu etc.).
• Shoot and create video content for Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, aesthetic, and marketing strategy.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing our social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages.
• Foster community engagement by interacting with our followers and clients online.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and suggest improvements

Influencers and Media Relations:

• Research and identify relevant influencers and media contacts in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Collaborate with influencers and media to promote our beauty salon and services.
• Manage relationships with influencers and media, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer and media collaborations.

Digital Advertising

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing objectives.

Who We're Looking For:

• You're currently studying or have graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• You've got a passion for the beauty and retail industry – if you're always up-to-date with the latest trends, you'll fit right in
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – whether it's crafting the perfect caption or collaborating with the team, you know how to get your point across.
• You're tech-savvy, familiar with graphic design and video editing software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), that's a plus
• Creativity is your superpower – you can think outside the box and produce content that stands out.
• You're detail-oriented and know how to stay organized and meet deadlines, but you also know how to have fun with your work.
• Plus point if you do KOL Marketing/ is experienced with KOLs and influencers
