**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Photography**:Regularly visit all restaurant locations to capture high-quality photos and videos of the crowd, food, staff, and customer interactions.
Create engaging, on-brand social media content that highlights the vibe, energy, and personality of each restaurant.
Develop photo and video assets for use across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Capture candid moments, behind-the-scenes content, and staff stories to humanize the brand and engage with the audience.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends to create relevant and timely content (e.g., trending challenges, audio clips, formats).
- **Social Media Strategy & Execution**:Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts across various social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and strategy.
Write compelling captions and hashtags to boost engagement and visibility.
Use analytics tools to track engagement metrics and adjust the content strategy accordingly to increase reach and interactions.
Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and user-generated content (e.g., reposting customer photos or reviews).
Collaborate with marketing team to align social media content with promotions, events, and new launches.
- **Customer Interaction & Brand Representation**:Interact with customers on social media and during on-site visits to create a personal connection and foster brand loyalty.
Encourage customers to share their experiences by tagging the restaurant and using specific hashtags or challenges.
Organize and host interactive content opportunities, such as live streams, polls, and Q&A sessions with staff or chefs.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**:Work closely with the marketing team to promote seasonal campaigns, special events, or limited-time offers through targeted social media ads and organic content.
Create content around influencer collaborations or cross-promotions with local businesses to expand the brand’s reach.
Develop and execute fun, creative social media campaigns that encourage user engagement and participation (e.g., giveaways, contests, etc.).
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all social media content adheres to the brand’s style guide and voice, maintaining consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual assets (images, videos, graphics) are aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Content Creator, ideally within the hospitality or food industry.
Portfolio or examples of past social media work that demonstrates your ability to capture dynamic content (photos, videos, stories).
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Skills**:Proficiency in photography and video editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like Canva, VSCO, Capcut).
Strong writing skills, with an ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions.
Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual content and brand representation.
Ability to create content on the fly, capturing spontaneous moments without needing extensive preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers in-person and online.
- **Personality**:Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers and staff on camera.
A passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling through digital media.
Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive, organized, and self-motivated to meet deadlines and manage content calendars.
