About the Role We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and collaborators, and support the growth of our weekly marketplace, Resurrack . You will play a key role in driving partnerships, sales initiatives, and strategic growth to ensure the continued success of our events and activations. About the Project Resurrack is a vibrant, ever-evolving vintage marketplace that brings together thrift stores, collectors, lifestyle brands, and artists in a curated, experiential weekend market. Located in the heart of Bugis Street Art Lane, we’re more than just a market but a thriving community of creativity, culture, and collaboration. As the key liaison between Resurrack and our vendor community, you will ensure a diverse and high-quality lineup of brands while nurturing long-term partnerships that enhance the market experience for everyone involved. Job Responsibilities Source, outreach to, and onboard new partners, including vendors, talents, and organizations, for our weekly marketplace. Ensure each weekend features a strong, diverse, and engaging lineup of partners. Build and maintain positive relationships with all partners through consistent support and communication. Develop and implement retention strategies to encourage repeat participation and long-term collaborations. Oversee partner payments and ensure accurate financial documentation where applicable. Drive booth, talent, and partnership sign-ups to meet weekly targets. Refine outreach and retention strategies based on feedback, data, and performance insights. Ideate and test creative strategies to boost partner engagement and overall event participation. Support the creation and presentation of new event concepts and collaborative opportunities. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends. Identify and evaluate potential networks and communities for partnerships and collaborations. Improve feedback channels with partners to ensure continuous insights and event improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred. Prior experience in events, project coordination, customer service, or sales roles. Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Shopify. Strong negotiation and sales skills with experience building and maintaining relationships. Experience in basic budgeting, cost tracking, or vendor
