Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and responding to callers' needs.
Provide accurate, timely, and appropriate information to resolve caller inquiries.
Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling as requested by callers.
Manage various administrative functions of the hotline, including handling emails, referral requests, and emergency activations.
Coordinate with different departments within the institution to ensure that requests are addressed and resolved promptly.
Requirements:
Holding Nitec/ Diploma in any field, or relevant experience in a similar role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic computer literacy with good typing speed.
Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.
