Logistics Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Logistics Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery for every client engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team where you will be responsible for coordinating all event logistics, including setup and cleaning, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing client requirements and documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and service level agreements.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the event industry, logistics, or operations.
