Job Title: Event Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented logistics specialist to manage the logistical and operational aspects of our events, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Management: End-to-end logistics for events, including setup and teardown of event items.
  • Inventory Control: Unloading, unpacking, and storing incoming event materials, categorizing and organizing them within the warehouse.
  • Stock Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of all items in the warehouse, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure availability for events.
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment to event locations based on event requirements.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper storage of equipment, handling heavy items, and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with event organizers, transportation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of items to event sites.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the storage, retrieval, or delivery of event materials.
Requirements:
  • Logistics Experience: Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or technical production operations is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is essential.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexible with working hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
  • Driver's License: A valid Class 3 Singapore driver's license is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills: able to manage a team and interact across departments and with external vendors.
