We are seeking a skilled professional to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance, as well as diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implementing effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems, execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, and work closely with contractors to share knowledge and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices
  • Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations
  • Collaborate with contractors to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline

About the Role:

This is a field-based position that requires travel to client sites. The successful candidate will be available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts and may involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
