High-Tech Business Development Role \
The ideal candidate for this challenging role will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers over calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services.
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes to meet client needs.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identifying potential clients, business opportunities, and market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, keeping them updated on company products and services.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicating client feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts, as well as quarterly reviews and budget analysis.
  • Participating in sales training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitor activity.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum diploma in any engineering background, with a preference for profiles with experience in data center or semiconductor. They must be comfortable performing telemarketing and cold calling to potential leads and customers.
