Job Overview
This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing organizational costs to ensure alignment with stakeholders. It involves delivering accurate financial data to support decision-making, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and tracking costs across projects, operations, and logistics.
  • Conducting monthly cost analyses to compare actual expenditures against budgets and identify variances.
  • Collaborating with departments to assist in forecasting and developing cost-effective budgets.
  • Preparing accurate cost forecasts and contributing to financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Producing regular reports on costs, budgets, and variances to keep stakeholders informed and maintain transparency.
  • Generating detailed cost and expenditure reports to support proactive cost management.
  • Tracking project-specific costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget and align with financial goals.
  • Conducting spot checks on cargo and post-project cost reviews to evaluate profitability and address overspending.

Requirements

  • Positive work attitude, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
