As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's US manufacturing capabilities as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst.In this role, you will be central to informing strategic decisions about sourcing and developing manufacturing capacity, whether through external partners or owned facilities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing detailed requirements, managing relationships with Manufacturing Partners (MPs), conducting supply chain gap analysis, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure customer expectations are consistently met. Additionally, you will provide insights for "should-cost" analysis, enhance communication accuracy with MPs, and contribute to strengthening the overall manufacturing network.Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing for the US Region, your impact in this role will be significant. By developing manufacturing capacity, optimizing supplier relationships, and improving financial accuracy, you will help increase US Gross Profit, improve high tolerance opportunity conversion rates, and drive the efficiency and profitability of Fictiv's hardware manufacturing platform.Key responsibilities in this role include:- Conducting US Supply Chain Ecosystem Market Research to inform sourcing strategy adjustments- Collaborating on Should Cost Analysis to improve cost algorithms and negotiation with Manufacturing Partners- Providing Network Development Support to enhance feedback to Manufacturing Partners and assess production needsDesired traits for this role include a minimum BS degree in a quantitative field, 6-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or manufacturing roles, proficiency in business intelligence software and ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.
