To achieve that, we’re looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of our revenue engine and lead AFM into its next level of scale. This role is about building a predictable, profitable, and scalable growth system . You’ll take charge of our marketing funnels, offers, ads, and performance data — turning insights into results. You’ll architect the customer acquisition process that consistently converts cold traffic into customers and repeat buyers. Your success will be measured by how efficiently and profitably you can grow the business month after month. What You’ll Do 1️⃣ Build the Growth Engine Design, test, and optimize funnels (VSLs, webinars, checkout flows, and email sequences). Develop and test new offers and front-end price points. Manage paid traffic across YouTube, Meta, Google, and TikTok. 2️⃣ Own the Numbers Build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance. Run experiments weekly, analyze data, and double down on what works. Report clear results and next actions weekly. 3️⃣ Lead the Growth Team Recruit and manage performance marketers, copywriters, and creative specialists. Establish consistent campaign execution and testing cadence. Document growth processes into repeatable SOPs. 4️⃣ Increase Profitability Maintain a minimum 4:1 LTV:CAC ratio. Improve conversion rates across funnels. Develop monetization systems through upsells, retention, and affiliates. What Success Looks Like KPI Target CAC:LTV ≥ 1:4 ROAS (blended) ≥ 3.5x Monthly Revenue Growth +20–30% month-over-month Offer Conversion Rate +25% year-over-year Documentation: 100% of core growth systems and SOPs built Compensation & Upside Base Salary $60,000–$100,000 Performance Bonus 10–20% of net new profit (paid quarterly) Phantom Equity promotion track to CEO- (2–5% vesting over 3 years) This role rewards results. The better you scale the business profitably, the more you earn and the faster you grow. Who You Are You’ve scaled an education, info-product, or SaaS business to at least $5M–$10M ARR or equivalent. You can run paid ads, design funnels, and understand unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period). You’re both analytical and creative — able to connect data insights to marketing strategy. You move fast, take ownership, and thrive in high-responsibility environments. You’re passionate about building systems that make growth consistent and predictable. Bonus Points If You Have experience in financial education, trading, or fintech. Have managed international marketing campaigns (Asia, US, EU). Are comfortable managing agencies, contractors, and in-house teams. Have strong copywriting or offer-creation skills.
