Cloud Architecture Expert Required

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect Lead to drive our organization's cloud strategy and operations in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure and services. They will collaborate with senior stakeholders to champion cutting-edge cloud solutions and build a high-performing environment that supports ambitious business objectives.

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide cloud strategy in partnership with IT leadership, aligning technology direction with business priorities
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing management of cloud infrastructure and services
  • Drive best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring integration with broader technology and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of cloud-based solutions
  • Manage end-to-end migration initiatives, overseeing the transition of applications and data from on-premises or other cloud platforms
  • Optimize cloud budgets, monitor usage, and drive cost-efficiency
  • Establish and maintain cloud-focused disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks
  • Provide architecture leadership within key decision-making forums and ensure alignment with strategic technology roadmaps

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification
  • At least 10 years of experience working in cloud environments, including a minimum of 7 years in a hands-on AWS cloud architecture capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CaaS), network and endpoint services, security controls, storage, backup and recovery, and integration with third-party solutions
  • Proven experience in large-scale AWS cloud migrations, including on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud transitions
  • Background in designing and building landing zones
