Job Description

The Airport Terminal Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff in daily store operations across all terminals. The role involves driving sales, ensuring optimal performance, maintaining a high level of customer service, security, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Conduct regular audits of store operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish, maintain and update all standard operating procedures and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and adoption of best practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, and follow up with service recovery.
  • Ensure operational excellence and optimization of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in airport terminal operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on shift duty.
