What You'll Be Doing
  1. Develop and execute operational strategies to drive C2C/P2P business growth, aiming to become the market leader in market share and transaction volume.
  2. Build a comprehensive merchant quality management system and implement a tiered operational model tailored to different merchant profiles.
  3. Design and maintain monitoring mechanisms to detect fraudulent merchant patterns and enhance the business risk control framework. Collaborate with product and risk teams for system upgrades that balance growth and risk.
  4. Engage closely with merchants to identify pain points and operational needs; work cross-functionally with product teams to prioritize and launch merchant-centric features that improve usability and user experience.
  5. Maintain a data-driven mindset with industry awareness; analyze P2P market trends and generate strategic reports to guide product and business decisions.
  6. Target market: Chinese market
What We Look For In You
  1. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese is required due to business needs.
  2. Prior experience in Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries is strongly preferred. Candidates with proven operational leadership in similar environments will be prioritized. Strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
  3. Self-motivated, business-driven, and hands-on; demonstrates initiative and commitment to growth, with the ability to drive projects independently.
  4. Excellent logical thinking and strategic planning skills; ability to analyze problems and deliver solutions. Effective communication and strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills.
