What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive C2C/P2P business growth, with the goal of becoming the market leader in share and transaction volume.
• Build a comprehensive merchant quality management system, implement a tiered and refined operational model tailored to different merchant profiles.
• Design and maintain monitoring mechanisms to detect fraudulent merchant patterns and continuously enhance the business risk control framework. Collaborate with product and risk teams to drive system-level upgrades that balance growth and risk control.
• Closely engage with merchants to uncover pain points and operational needs; work cross-functionally with product teams to prioritize and launch merchant-centric features that improve usability and user experience.
• Maintain a strong data-driven mindset with keen industry awareness; continuously analyze P2P market trends and generate strategic reports and insights to guide product and business direction.

What We Look For In You

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, due to business needs, Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing should be very fluent.
• Prior experience in Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries is strongly preferred; candidates with proven operational leadership in similar environments will be prioritized. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Self-motivated, business-driven, and hands-on; demonstrates strong initiative and commitment to growth with the ability to drive projects independently.
• Excellent logical thinking and strategic planning skills, with a strong ability to analyze problems and deliver solutions. Effective communicator with strong cross-functional coordination and execution capabilities.
