About Us
ALIF RESOURCE PTE LTD is a fast-growing construction and renovation company in Singapore. We specialize in HDB projects, vinyl flooring, UPVC doors, aluminum works, and interior finishing. We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our business expansion.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead sales activities in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and submit government tender bids accurately and on time.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Oversee project coordination from tender submission to project award.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/management in the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of government tendering processes.
  • Valid Singapore driving license with good driving experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive behaviour, professionalism, and teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours
  • As per MOM (Singapore Government) regulations.

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: SGD $2,200 - $3,500++ per month.
  • Commission: Attractive 5% - 10% on successful tenders.
  • Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
  • Other staff benefits will be shared during the interview.
