You will collaborate closely with other departments, including customer service and credit risk, to resolve any collection issues and enhance overall processes.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any vertical and have a strong understanding of collection techniques and debt recovery procedures.This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, on a fixed shift from Monday to Friday.
