We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive / Personal Assistant to support a long‐standing, experienced Senior Director . This role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns who are eager to gain industry exposure, learn directly from a seasoned professional, and develop hands‐on skills in administration, coordination, and business operations. Candidates with an interest in marketing/social media and/or basic accounting will also have opportunities to contribute to related projects within the practice. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties Provide daily administrative support to a veteran Senior Director. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and small‐scale event coordination. Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical. Support workflow related to client service, operations, and follow‐up tasks. Manage procurement, logistics, and liaison with vendors. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Marketing & Social Media Support (Optional Based on Skillset)Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook). Support planning and execution of marketing activities for outreach and branding. Enhance engagement through analytics monitoring and simple content optimisation. Draft captions, prepare visuals, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand presence. Basic Accounting & Finance Support (Optional Based on Skillset)Support simple bookkeeping such as data entry, invoice tracking, and expense recording. Assist with monthly reconciliation and organisation of financial documents. Maintain accurate administrative records for payments and petty cash. Coordinate with external accounting or administrative partners when required. Requirements Fresh graduates or current students (internships available)from Business, Marketing, Accounting, Communications, Arts & Social Sciences, or related fields. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain professionalism. Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic design or video‐editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are advantageous. Familiarity with social media management or basic accounting principles is a bonus.
