Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Job Coordination Specialist to manage calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings for our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have a diploma in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar Scheduling:

  • Manage the schedules of senior executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics and timely follow-up.

Office Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, billing, and staff access.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Training and Development:

  • Support training coordination, recordkeeping, and system access for community nurses and staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective training programs.

Clinical Staff Support:

  • Maintain accurate clinical staff rosters and provide support with organizing meetings and events.
  • Conduct office orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline required.
