Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Job Outreach Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with job applicants, assessing their interest and availability, and coordinating interviews.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, sales, or telemarketing, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include making cold and warm calls to job applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, updating candidate records, and following up with no-shows.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing call scripts, appointment tracking sheets, and weekly activity reports.

Additionally, they will provide general administrative support, such as sending interview invitations and managing calendars.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or telemarketing preferred
  • Good phone etiquette and customer service mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
