Job Title: Outreach and Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outreach and Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our wellness services and identifying their needs.

You will also be responsible for setting appointments for consultations or trials at our outlets, following up with prospects to convert them into paying customers, and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Basic knowledge of wellness and beauty services is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
