Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and articulate individual to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. This role requires the candidate to carry out initiatives to set appointments with key stakeholders in-charge of the company for our business team to attend.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to businesses via email, social media or calls to establish new connections and maintain existing relationships.
  • Craft engaging outreach messages and follow-up communications tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Record and update outreach activities and responses in our CRM/tracking systems.
  • Provide feedback and insights from outreach activities to help refine strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Achieve KPIs set by the manager.
  • Min 1 year experience in outreach, sales, marketing or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Confident, passionate and enthusiastic about building new connections.
