Operations Coordinator Job Description

The role of an Operations Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver results on time and within quality standards.

  • Manage customer job requests with a proactive solution-based approach
  • Confirm jobs into the database and prepare complete documentation
  • Facilitate pre-job coordination with operations executives/controllers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up on issues during job execution that require multi-liaisons with stakeholders
  • Ensure proactive email communication among stakeholders to confirm document proof of job instructions and agreements
  • Provide real-time updates on job progress and provide POD copy at the earliest
  • Address administrative/operational issues and adherence to SOPs
  • Ensure pre-job and post-job documentation are in order to ensure smooth billing workflow
  • Provide statistical data when required

We're looking for someone with a Competent knowledge over conventional operations, Self-motivated, and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and schedules. Good experience in order acceptance and providing multi-option solutions is also desirable.
