Job Title: Coordination Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide coordination and support in licensing processes and administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing documentation, inspections, or licensing processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders are essential for this role.

The Coordination Specialist will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and analyzing data for Social Residential Homes Act (SRHA) and licensing. They will also schedule, coordinate, and prepare reports for Review Committees' meetings.

Key responsibilities include supporting licensing inspections for Children Homes (CHs), gathering past inspection findings, and following up with CHs on document submission and clarifications. Additionally, the Coordination Specialist will help with pre-licensing checks for CHs before SRHA implementation.

Other duties include coordinating attendance, sending relevant materials to CHs, and planning and organizing SRHA-related engagements and meetings. The successful candidate will also assist with preparations for the Annual Review Board (ARB) meeting and follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in any field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Able to analyze data and write reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in technology for engagement (Zoom, Teams etc.)
