Job Description

A dynamic and results-driven IT Service Delivery Manager is required to lead innovative initiatives, drive standardization across desktop services, and enhance user satisfaction within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

This role will involve providing essential enterprise-level end-user computing services, ensuring high availability and reliability. Key responsibilities include planning and executing new initiatives and enhancements that leverage innovative endpoint technologies to drive organizational efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of end-point technologies, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders. This individual will be proactive and dedicated, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in designing, planning, deploying and leading enterprise level ICT infrastructure for end point services.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of end-point technologies as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies such as network and servers.
  • Proactive and dedicated individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
