Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer (Automotive Workshop) Loyang Drive vicinity Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience) We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer to join our automotive workshop. This position serves as the main point of contact for customers - ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle drop-off to collection.Responsibilities Attend to customers promptly and provide excellent front-line service. Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate job updates. Prepare job sheets, service quotations, and follow up with customers on approvals. Manage vehicle handover, billing, and post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues when required. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC qualification or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive workshop customer service or related industry preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide a positive customer experience. Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual ability is an advantage.
