We are looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, conducting inspections, and test driving cars. The service advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Act as a key communication link between customers and service workshop to assure responsiveness
- Consulting service technician regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction to ensure recurring business.
- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Follow up closely with the customers on the vehicle status.
- Provide a detailed check of the serviced/repaired vehicle before delivery.
- Inspect the invoices for correctness and clarify specific terms to our customers when handing over the vehicle.
- Perform a comprehensive inspection of the serviced or repaired vehicle prior to its delivery.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive related industry.
- Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- GCE'O' Level, a NiTEC or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess Class 3 or 3A driving license.
- Experienced in automotive industry will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (OT).
