Our Singapore flagship store, located on Orchard Road, Singapore branch serves as our international hub, supporting expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and North America, where you could 1) Start your beauty journey at our retail store, 2) Nourish your beauty knowledge and skills at Academy with educational possibilities and professional networking 3) Complete your beauty at Salon by Jung Saem Mool's professional Makeup and Hair service.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operation of the flagship store.

DESIGNATION : (JUNGSAEMMOOL) Flagship Store Director (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent, high-quality customer consultations that align with brand standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures in collaboration with Beauty Advisors and Artists.
  • Manage inventory operations, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, reservation systems, and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Ensure an appealing, organized sales and service floor through effective visual merchandising and strategic product placement to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Generate, monitor, and analyze key performance reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and other KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Salon and Academy teams to ensure smooth service operations; assist with English translation support when needed.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals while addressing employee concerns professionally and constructively.
  • Provide expert cosmetic consultations and personalized product recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, reservations, and deliveries with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee staff roster planning, manage appointment reservations, and ensure accurate operation of POS and loyalty systems.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail, managerial exposure in the retail industry, preferably with experience in either Cosmetics / Branded boutique along with a track record of successful sales or +8 years of career with people management experience.
  • Able to perform retail shift hours / weekends / public holidays
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Native in Korean to liaise with Korean speaking partners. Fluent in English; Other languages proficiency is a strong plus

  • Work location: Flagship Store (Orchard area), 27 Scotts Road
  • 5-day work week, require working on weekends
