Job Title: Store Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our retail team as a Store Experience Director.

As a Store Experience Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and provide feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates
  • Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads to drive sales growth and improve store operations

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
  • Develop, improve, and optimize retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
  • Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy
  • Conduct Stock Taking exercises at several intervals in the year
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store
  • Recruit, coach, and build a robust team of Part Time and Full Time girls who strongly believe and live out the brand's vision and mission
  • Inspire and enable the team to provide a top-notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring
  • Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge
