
Business Development Administrator

You'll play a key role in managing outreach to HR personnel and key stakeholders in the financial services industry, handling lead follow-ups, and supporting executive operations. Ideal for a former Financial Advisor looking for a growth-oriented, non-sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support including calendar management, travel logistics, and scheduling.
- Build, maintain, and organise a database of HR personnel and Financial Services professionals in Singapore.
- Reach out to HR professionals to arrange workplace talks.
- Coordinate and set appointments with key stakeholders to introduce our services (training, coaching, recruitment).
- Follow up on leads generated from social media campaigns.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to encourage participation in our events and programs.
- Manage RSVP lists, send follow-up reminders, and assist with event coordination and logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Sales Coordinator, or Business Development Executive (insurance or financial services industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident making outbound calls.
- Highly organised and self-motivated; able to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, Zoom, Excel, and social media platforms.
- ACTA or ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
